We ship as soon as your order is completed. All delivery time estimates in the Shipping Methods section below are figured from the date the order leaves our facility.
Once your package leaves our facility, it is the carrier's responsibility. You will only be able to track your package if you have selected a shipping option that offers tracking. Questions other than when your product was shipped should be directed to the carrier. Any damages caused in transit will be the responsibility of the carrier and should be reported to them immediately.
Shipping Charges Your shipping costs will depend on the weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. Shipping Methods It is very important that you read and understand the service standards and availability for all of your shipping options. We ship as quickly as possible, but once it has shipped, it is out of our control and delivery is up to the carrier. Please choose a shipping method that you are comfortable with and understand. Specific service availability will depend on various factors, such as delivery location and order weight. Available options will appear during checkout. USPS Parcel Post: Economical shipping with 7-10 day service standard to most locations, and includes Saturday delivery. Although 7-10 business days is the standard and fairly reliable, it is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed option, please see Express Mail. No delivery confirmation number or tracking are available with this option. USPS Priority Mail: Fast, economical shipping with 2-3 day service standard to most locations, and includes Saturday delivery. Although 2-3 business days is the standard and fairly reliable, it is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed option, please see Express Mail. Delivery confirmation number and limited tracking are included. USPS Express Mail: Guaranteed overnight delivery to most locations or your money back. This expedited shipping option will not change the amount of time required to customize your product(s), only the time required to ship! Shipping Address If you choose a USPS shipping option, please make sure you use a USPS deliverable address. If you have a street address and a P.O. Box, please use your P.O. Box. Undeliverable addresses can cause a delay in the order processing time. Canadian Shipping Shipping charges for Canadian orders are calculated according to the shipping weight of the items you purchase. As a result, you pay only for the actual shipping and handling costs. Canadian orders are shipped out through USPS Priority Mail. International Shipping Your shipping costs and available shipping methods will depend on the weight of your order, and your country. Typically, for International orders, Priority Mail International is the only option available. Besides the United States and Canada, we are currently offering shipping to several countries. If you are interested in shipping to your country and it is not in our system, OR if no available options come up for your country, please contact us. We can certainly add countries to our list if there is interest. ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Personalized by Design is not responsible for duty taxes that may be due upon arrival of your order. Duty taxes are determined when your package goes through customs, and we have no control over it. It is your responsibility to research the duty taxes for your country and place your order accordingly. Also please be aware that the contents and value of your package will be listed on the outside of the box for customs.
