Q: How do I enter initials for my monogram? A: Enter the initials as they will read from left to right on the item. For example, if you're using a monogram where the last initial is in the middle, such as 3 Letter Kimberly, and the name is Mary Jane Smith, please enter the initials as MSJ. We do not re-arrange the letters to embroider them. We will embroider the letters as you enter them. Q: How soon will my order ship? A: Please allow 1-3 weeks until your order ships out. (Sometimes, we surprise you and ship within a day or two). Some items need to be specially ordered from our vendors based on customer's needs, and some items are kept in stock but are always being replenished and your order may come in while we are currently awaiting stock replenishment. All items are embroidered with care to insure quality, so please be patient. We will try our best to accommodate rush orders, but please check with us if you need something sooner.
Q: How can I use a promotion code? A: In order to use a promotion code, you must enter the code during checkout when you log in as a returning customer or when you create a new account. The applicable discount will be applied to the invoice (individual item price will be reduced to the discounted price).
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Important Note: Sometimes our shipping engine calculates shipping too high with multiple products. This is generally due to the combination of dimensions, even though we have done our best to get the dimensions exact. If you encounter shipping charges that you believe are too high, please contact us. We will certainly credit excess shipping charges and may need to adjust our product dimensions.
Q: What is the ship time for the different shipping methods? A: Priority mail takes approximately 2-4 days depending on your location. Express is overnight to 2 days, depending on your location. Item(s) will ship as requested once the embroidery process is complete. We ship from New Jersey.
Q: How do I know if my item has shipped? A:Click on "Order Tracking", which appears at the top of each store page on the blue bar. Enter the confirmation number for your order to see shipping status. The confirmation number can be found in the confirmation email that you received after placing your order.
Q: Will you ship partial orders if one or more item is on backorder or waiting for stock replenishment? A:We will ship your entire order once all items are in stock and ready to go. If you would like part of your order to ship sooner, there will be an additional shipping charge. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Q: What is the "match trim" thread color option? A: We offer a "match trim" option for thread color on some products. If you choose this option, we will use the most popular choice that matches the trim on the chosen product. This may not be an exact match to a color in the product, but is the best match we can offer.
